[DAMA – Doctors Aid for Medical Activities organization] is a humanitarian, non-governmental, nonprofit organization founded in 2016 that works in Kurdistan region and Iraq.
DAMA, for its project funded by [The Iraq Humanitarian Fund (IHF)], invites all qualified and specialized bidders to participate in the tender to rent a vehicle to implement the organization activities within Dohuk governorate.
The bidder must attach all the files of the company and all the documents related to the vehicle within one envelope with the price offer, in case the bidder does not belong to any company, he must submit all the documents related to him and the vehicle with the vehicle pictures within one envelope with the price offer.
The offers must be submitted to DAMA office Erbil – Italian City 2 – Villa 709 by February 8th 2020 at 14:00 in a sealed, signed and stamped envelope.

منظمة اطباء مساعدون للنشاطات الطبية ، لمشروعها الممول من [صندوق التمويل الانساني في العراق] ، تدعو جميع المؤهلين والمتخصصين للمشاركة في المناقصة لاستئجار سيارة لتنفيذ نشاطات المنظمة ضمن محافظة دهوك.
على مقدم العطاء ان يرفق جميع الملفات الخاصة بالشركة و جميع المستمسكات الخاصة بالسيارة مع صور السيارة ضمن ظرف واحد مع العرض, في حال كان مقدم العطاء لا ينتمي لاي شركة عليه ان يقدم جميع المستمسكات الخاصة به وبالسيارة مع صور السيارة ضمن ظرف واحد مع العرض.
يجب تقديم العروض إلى مكتب المنظمة في أربيل - القرية إلايطالية 2 - فيلا 709 , بحلول 8 فبراير 2020 قبل الساعة 14:00 في ظرف مغلق موقع و مختوم.
