Newborn home visit by CHWs

For assessment for newborn child for temp, respiratory rate, sign of dyspnea, abnormal movement , yellow sole Jaundice, local infection , feeding difficulty ,disturbed level of conscious , and also for mother if any of these sign present the CHWs will refer the newborn to PHCC for further assessment by medical doctor.
